just came back from dinner wid g & c.
went swimming at ankovale after work with them..
hahahahax.. so fun ! miss the pool and playing in the water.
more than a year nvr swim le. stamina dropped alot.
used to swim more laps and faster than this.
hahahax..
successfully completed 8 laps ? hahahahax..
shall run next week. it i will lose more weight then. hehex..
